My approach to supervision is for both the supervisor and supervisee to bring a Curious Mind and a Compassionate Heart. I view supervision as a way to learn about clinical content, but more importantly, it is an opportunity to learn about yourself. I am trained in providing reflective supervision and approach this space from an anti-oppressive framework. This is a collaborative and relational space where we can be curious about what comes up for you.
